Appointment Coordinator
Career Transitions is currently looking for a qualified candidate to work as an Appointment Coordinator for a local dentist office.
Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, correspondance with other doctors and dentists, checking patients in and out and scheduling hospital appointments.
This 32 hour a week position (which will go to 36-40 hours a week after 90 days) is temp to hire and requires excellent data entry and verbal/written communication skills, proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in appointment scheduling and dental terminology is required.Familiarity with WinOMS and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
The hours for this positon are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm. Starting pay is $10/hr.
