Serves as consultative resource to IT staff by creating/developing/maintaining system design in areas such as infrastructure, security, operations, integration, and network, often spanning multiple heterogeneous platforms, and particularly as these designs apply to new business drivers such as eCommerce and Web technologies. 

- Analysis, design, and implementation of business software utilizing Web technologies and Web-focused languages (JAVA, Python, PERL, C++, C#). 
- Document design and write documented code.
- Unit Testing.
- Assist architect in development of frameworks and components.
- Participate in peer code and design reviews.
- Web page maintenance (content transfer and update).
- Design and development of production and test infrastructure that is compatible with LAN/Desktop architecture and aligned with goals/objectives.
- Design and development of systems (i.e. closed user group sites).
- Includes development of SQL stored procedures, HTML-based applications, JSP and JAVA, and the use of other associated technologies to facilitate Web-based transactions. 
- Facilitates the development of the Web infrastructure that supports business requirements. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science preferred.
- J2EE development experience.
- Full life cycle development success with TIBCO EAI projects, utilizing TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Adaptors, UNIX, Oracle RDBMS, JMS, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java, and Web Servers.
- Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies and tools, and experience with large, complex systems. 
- Experience with multi-system, multi-platform program integration. 
- Microsoft Office expertise. 
- Requires 7+ years of experience with TIBCO and/or PEGA and a combination of any the following depending upon business area:
HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, TCP/IP, ASP, IIS, DreamWeaver, Rational Rose, Python, PERL, WebSphere, MQ Series, CSS, XML, Schema, XSLT, HTTP/HTTPS, SQL, WebLogic, JSP/Servlets, EJB, TIBCO, Web Services/SOA, Portal - JSR168, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Java, WSAD or RAD, PEGA, AJAX, C++, C#.
