JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Application Development reports to the AVP of Application Development and is responsible for leading/managing the development, deployment and support of new and existing applications to meet the current and future needs of the Concentra business as assigned. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, designing solutions, identifying needed resources, coordinating responsibilities across functional teams, developing tasks and timeframes for successful completion of projects, and management of development teams. The Manager of Application Development will manage Distinct 4 Application Development teams:1). The Concentra CCM/Concentra APS applications team is managed by a Team Lead and is responsible for management of the design, development, implementation, and support using key technologies such as of Java and J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL. 2). The Concentra Billing Collection Systems applications team is managed by a Team Lead is responsible for the management of design, development, implementation, and support using key technologies such as PowerBuilder (V9), UML modeling, Sybase stored procedures, UNIX, Sybase stored procedure code, C code.3). The Concentra OccuSource application team is managed by a Team Lead and is responsible for the management of the design, development, implementation and support using key technologies such as PowerBuilder (v9), .Net and UNIX, Sybase stored procedure code.4).The Concentra NextGen/ChartSource/Scanning team is managed by a Manager and is responsible for the management of the design, development, implementation and support using key technologies, such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, JMS, C#, Web Services, ASP.NET, Java Script, HTML, XML, HL7, SOA, JCAPS/SeeBeyond, JSP, Sybase TSQL, SQL Server.
