IT Web Analyst
**Sharepoint Development will be considered a huge plus, preferrably in 2007.  Primarily responsible for the web development, consulting, support & architecture for Alegent Health. Proficient in programming/developing with HTML, XML, C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL, Ajax, ASPX, ASP, VS Scripting Knowledge of RDBMS such as MSSQL Experience with IIS Experience with SharePoint (or other/similar web based Enterprise Content Management system) Works with a team and contributes as a primary technical web developer Develops custom web applications & solutions based on user requirements to provide value, efficiencies and improve patient care. Collaborates across the organization to design, develop and implement web solutions. Supports standardization of documentation and the integration of enterprise ¿ general process standards and practices. Maintains knowledge of new developments and research related to enterprise ¿ general application packages and healthcare IT trends. Works with the business/hospital department liaison, and/or end users to understand the use web solutions and provides guidance and direction to web application design, planning and usage. On-call coverage and support for areas of responsibilities

Analyst
Participates in the design, development and testing activities to assure timely project completion.

Assists customers in problem identification and participates in problem resolution activities.

Participates in the evaluation and selection of application software to meet customer needs.

Participates in the installation of application software maintenance and enhancements.

Assists in the creation of software specifications, procedures, training materials and project documentation.

Maintains a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information on all aspects of assigned projects.

Works as a member of a team that is primarily responsible for the support, consulting, implementation and IT project and resource management for over 120 applications and IT solutions across the Alegent Health system.

Participates in the design, development and testing activities to assure timely project completion.

Leads the requirements phase, evaluation and selection of application software maintenance and enhancements.

Participates in and leads IT resources in teh installation of application software maintenance and enhancements.

Assists in the creation of software specifications, procedures, training materials and project documentation.

Maintains a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information on all aspects of assigned projects.

Experience
A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in information systems is required.

Educational
A bachelors degree in computer science or related field is required.
Knowledge of Alegent Health proprietary software is preferred.
