On Assignment Allied Travel is looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our dynamic and driven recruiting team! Our recruiters are high energy and dedicated to maintaining relationships and placements of allied professionals to contracted hospitals. Primary Responsibilities: -Recruiting allied health professionals for travel assignments throughout the United States. -Partnering with recruiting managers and account executives to understand specific client needs. -Sourcing for candidates from a variety of sources. -Completing the hiring process in a timely manner.- Maintaining candidate files and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. We offer a great working environment that rewards hardwork and dedication to success.Job Requirements - HS Diploma or equivalent required, BA/BS strongly preferred.- Prior Inside Sales / Healthcare Staffing / Recruiting experience is required (minimum of 1 year experience). - Knowledge of the healthcare/allied health field is required.- Computer savvy, primarily in Microsoft Office.
