(EOE/M/F/V/D)Program The Administrator in Training program is a paid internship in which candidates gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to become a Nursing Home Administrator. Successful completion of the AIT program can lead to an exciting career as an Executive Director in one of Life Care Centers of America’s many skilled nursing facilities. Training position is located in Pueblo, CO. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Nursing or Business Administration required. Previous supervisory experience is also required. Prior long-term care experience is a plus. Ability to relocate to multiple locations is required.
