Mind, Body and Spirit.  Hospice Administrator-Kansas City, MO Responsible for the overall management of hospice operations inclusive of the delivery of quality care, business development activities, personnel matters and monitoring the day to day activity. Plans for and administers the managerial, operational, fiscal and reporting components of the program, including ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulatory bodies. Acts as primary liaison during surveys and inspections. Ensures that standards of ethical business and clinical practice are maintained. Establishes and maintains liaison relationships, communication and integration with Hospice staff and services and in the community at large. Establishes functions and qualifications for all personnel and determines staffing needs and patterns in conjunction with fiscal viability. Ensures that there is appropriate staff supervision during all service hours. Actively leads and participates in the program's performance improvement endeavors.
