Albert Einstein Healthcare Network's Department of Organ Disease and Transplantation is looking for a leader with several years Transplant experience to join our established team.
Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.
In this role, you will:
Provide senior administrative, operational and financial direction for Organ Disease and Transplantation programs and services Assume a leadership role in strategic planning, program development and clinical service delivery initiatives
If you possess the following experience, please apply immediately:
Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred 3-5 years Transplant experience Experience in all aspects of departmental administration, including strategic planning, budgeting, practice management, human resources, and information systems required Understanding of and experience with the academic (teaching and research) mission of an academic department required Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required Excellent management and supervisory skills required Expertise in spreadsheet and database applications required Ability to work well under pressure, establish priorities and motivate staff required.
