Job Description: Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Patient Coordinator: Scheduling new & returning patient appointments in IDX and verifying insurancePreparing for appointments by obtaining reports, cd/films, sending out patient packets; Gathering chart/chart materials (ie. In EDR, etc); Checking in/arriving patients in IDX; Filing and distributing patient-related paperwork;Completing/faxing disability forms & other patient requests pertaining to treatment; Connecting MD's to other MD's via phone; Scheduling PFT tests and other necessary tests within my title's boundaries. Job Qualifications: High School GradGood Organizational SkillsAbility to PrioritizeGood Customer/patient Relation skills
