PositionWalgreens Specialty Pharmacy is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support accounting and finance applications at our facility located in Glenview, IL. The ideal candidate is someone who is a multi-faceted person, highly motivated, and has the ability to work independently. The candidate will manage all aspects of bookkeeping and invoicing. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to preparation of financial statements, monthly reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Candidate will also assist in keeping front office operations coordinated and moving forward. Front office operations include, but are not limited to reception duties, including answering patient calls, and greeting and assisting guests that visit the facility. RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills; Strong organizational skills; At least two years of related experience in an accounting or bookkeeping position. Experience in healthcare related field, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing preferred. Ability to multi-task and provide creative solutions to daily challenges.
