As an Administrative Assistant / Secretary you will be responsible for: Providing administrative support to the local office team. Answering phones, handling correspondence and accounting functions. Maintaining databases and general office duties. Individual must have working knowledge of database maintenance, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Desktop Publishing and phone systems. Excellent phone skills are required.
