Administrative Assistant/Sales Assistant
Signature Healthcare LLC is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Recruiting Assistant. Signature is a national healthcare company with over 65 facilities nation-wide. This position would report directly to a Senior Recruiter & assist with staffing our therapy openings in the state of Kentucky. Candidate would work from a home office & would be supplied with a Laptop, Cell Phone, 800 number, Fax Line and basic office supplies. Duties would include reference checks, license verification, cold calling, job postings on various job boards/universities and other misc. projects. Successful candidates MUST have strong Microsoft Word & Excel Skills, good phone etiquette & able to work at a very fast paced environment, meet deadlines & be disciplined to work at home office. Position would also require candidates to work 2 evenings (nights are flexible & if you work evenings candidate would not work during the day) a week & schedule is flexible. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, disability, life insurance. To qualify candidates MUST have at least one year of clerical/administrative experience.
