Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job responsibilities include:

 

-          Prepare documents and presentation materials

-          Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

-          Maintain and update records

-          Answer client queries or redirect them to the appropriate person

-          Handle internal and external correspondence

-          Make all travel arrangements and prepare travel expense reports

-          Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills

-          Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook)

-          Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-          Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines

-          Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
