Administrative Assistant – Provider Services

Job Description:
The administrative assistant supports the traveling consulting team, field sales team and provider services marketing. Deliverables include but are not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, data extraction from ProClarity, production of hospital marketing merchandise, fulfilling HealthGrades marketing mailers, queries & analysis with Excel.  
Direct client contact is required at times. This position reports to Manager, Provider Services.

Company Responsibilities:
•  Provide exceptional service and support for Provider Services business unit
•  Meet quarterly with Manager, Provider Services to review progress
•  Support fulfillment of Provider Services marketing
•  Support executives and sales team to improve products for generating new sales

Product Responsibilities:
•  Ensure 100% accuracy in outgoing materials
•  Evaluate possibilities for enhancing service and deliverables & assist in application
•  Evaluate opportunities to reduce cost & assist in application
•  Actively participate in work groups to enhance internal processes & delivery to internal/external customers

Internal/External Customer Responsibilities:
•  Maximize renewal opportunities by ensuring optimum delivery of services to SQI and HGQS clients
•  Proactively coordinate details with consultants regarding client deliverables/needs
•  Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, deadlines, and questions
•  Create meeting materials

Qualifications:
•  Experienced in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Creative Suites #3
•  Minimum of High School diploma; Bachelor degree preferred
•  Minimum of 2 years as administrative or executive assistant
