As an Administrative Assistant, you would provide assistance to the Network Development team. Enjoy working with a great team and receiving some of the best perks in the industry; apply today.   Primary Responsibilities:Assist the team with various projects Make travel arrangements Prepare expense reports Schedule meetings Route phone calls Edit and format PowerPoint presentations File, copy and create binders Help new employees with setup Prepare meeting minutes Assist with financial reportingQualifications:High school diploma or GED required;  Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access) required 2+ years experience as an Administrative assistant required Experience working with clinical staff, nurses and doctors highly preferred A background in the healthcare industry  highly preferred Insurance experience preferred; Insurance experience within Medicaid highly preferred Superior communication skills  Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills  Experience providing support and working with various departments (cross trained) preferred  UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time & part-time employees, including medical, dental & vision, as well as a matching 401k and employee stock purchase plan.   Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V   UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.  Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
