This position includes developing and maintaining a system for tracking, updating and processing all reports. The position also includes providing diversified administrative/secretarial duties for the department head and department as needed.

Position requires proficiency on an intermediate to an advanced level in all Microsoft applications. Additionally, the position provides diversified administrative / secretarial duties for the department head and department as needed.

Minimum of two years experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (experience must include knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications) is required. Required computer skills: Microsoft Works, Excel and PowerPoint.

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
