Activities Coordinator/Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
Copperfield Hill is currently seeking a CRT to serve as our Activities Coordinator in our assisted living & memory care area. The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and facilitating programs that are designed to meet the residents’ needs. Additional duties involve producing a monthly calendar of events, creating and maintaining a program database, and coordinating and transporting residents to events and programs using the company van.
The candidate for this position must have a minimum of two years experience in an assisted living environment and experience with dementia residents is a plus. In addition, strong organizational skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills are needed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Computer skills are essential.
