Answering phones; and handling other tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years' relevant experience preferred. Must be PC literate; good data entry skills and knowledge of Excel. Good communication skills. Personable. Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time.
