Accounting jobs USA: Accounting Analyst

Culbert Healthcare Solutions is a rapidly growing, fast paced, entrepreneurial company, specializing in healthcare management consulting.​ We are looking to hire an additional member to our accounting team who can bring their experience and drive to help the team excel.​
Essential Responsibilities include:
* Payroll:
o Review and analyze all payroll input data for completeness, clarity, relevancy and accuracy.​
o Responsible for all payroll tax related items
* Contract Management:
o Enter client contracts into BillQuick (our web based time & expense system)
o Host contract meetings bi-weekly with sales and practice managers to discuss pertinent items; such as when contracts nearing completion, missing data elements, etc.​
* Time & Expense Management:
o Set-up new employees in BillQuick
o Ensure data mapping into QuickBooks is accurate.​
* Month End:
o Create and enter payroll journal entry
o Reconcile and create journal entries for benefits costing to consultant level.​

Skills:
* Knowledge of the payroll preview, transmission and cycle update and re-start process
* Knowledge of ADP
* Knowledge of QuickBooks
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education/​Work Experience:
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.​
* ADP certification a plus
