Accounting/Finance Director, Consolidated Service Center - 472

 

Purpose: Position is responsible for all accounting and finance services of the Consolidated Service Center (“CSC�).

 

Responsibilities:

• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• Maintenance of ledgers and accounts and compliance with accounting standards

• Preparation of monthly financial reports and accompanying analyses

• Cash management and bank account reconciliations

• Tax compliance, including preparation of K-1's for CSC partners

• Preparation of annual budget and long-term financial forecast

• Preparation and presentation of financial reports to CSC Board of Directors

• Coordination of annual financial audit

• Establishment/maintenance of relationships with key financial service providers:  bank(s), auditor, tax consultant

• Review and approval of CSC contracts

• Determination of cash distributions from CSC to partners

• Supervision of A/R staff, A/P staff and financial analyst

 

Reports to:  Operations Manager, Consolidated Service Center

 

Direct Reports:

• Accounts Receivable Associate

• Accounts Payable Associate (3)

• Financial Analyst

 

Budget

Responsibility: Estimated $500,000 direct annual expenses

 

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required

 

Certification:  CPA preferred

 

Experience: Minimum 7 years of accounting with heavy distribution/industy experience and finance experience, including supervisory experience and experience with A/R or A/P processes, general ledger activities, account reconciliation, accounting close cycle, accounting system implementation or enhancement and financial reporting.
