Accounting Associate

Job Purpose:

Provides accounting support to an innovative, natural and traditional medical practice/med spa through the day-to-day input of financial information.

Duties: Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, and organizing data and documents Completes the daily input of financial information including cash receipts, invoices, AP and AR; will prepare bank reconciliations and invoices Develops and records financial reports and prepares payments under a CPA's guidance Utilizing sound accounting standards and principles, may assist in monitoring operations performance by reporting revenue and expense trends Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related and miscellaneous duties as needed/required

Skills/Qualiications: High proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel General Ledger experience Knowledge of accounting standards and principles Organization skills and detail-orientation Efficient and accurate data entry skills Strong attention to detail General Math Skills Solid technology skills
