Summary of duties: * Manage multi-sales points in assigned accounts with varying degrees of integration and relationships across all customer segments including acute care, physician, long-term care and home health care.„Facilitate and adhere to sales process.„Develop business plans for territory growth as directed by Division Manager and Regional Vice President.„Deliver territory revenue as set forth by Division Manager.„Implement divisional, regional and national strategies and priorities as determined by sales management team.„Manage expense budget expectations as outlined by Division Manager.„Navigate complex political decision-making processes to influence buying decisions.„Maximize existing contacts and develop new contract opportunities within territory.„Drive profitable business system sales over extended time periods.„Develop, implement, and present programs to increase market share.„Meet customer expectations regarding wound, skin and burn care products; differentiating products and services„Communicate and provide feedback to management regarding client needs, new technologies, clinical trials, and other market activities.„Meet training requirements. „Employ territory management skills to optimize productivity and profits„Understand financial and operational knowledge of extended care market to increase reimbursement options and facility viability„Maintain and develop key relationships at facility group and distributor levels and work with National Account representatives as appropriate.„Prioritize allocation of resources among large number of accounts.„Provide clinical, economic, product and support expertise relevant to customer environment.„Access Smith & Nephew resources to meet customer needs.„Present advantages of selling system¨ for customer/organization needs.„ Drive new business development to increase market share of new and existing customers„ Increase customer satisfaction by problem solving and advocating around customer needs, product issues and market conditions.„ Provide monthly summary reports as directed by Division Manager.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: *Meet quota target for assigned territory/geography.*Meet expense budget targets.* Utilize sales process to achieve results.. *Work with divisional and regional team members to achieve goals.*Comply with regulations and processes set forth by Smith & Nephew management.Required Skills* College Degree: BA, BS preferred with Four to six years of job related work experience„« Competent in Microsoft programs including all MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) ; Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook„«Good written and verbal communication skills.„«Good basic analytical skills to analyze customer and products trends at the territory level.„«Good negotiation and demonstrated listening skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical: Position generally required sitting 30% of the time and 70% standing / walking. Occasionally requires lifting and carrying equipment and materials weighing 10-20 pounds.Manual Dexterity: Requires the development of marketing plans and the ability to present thoughts in a logical, understandable fashion.
