WebMD-Summex WebMD Health Services is currently seeking a full time experienced Health Coach Consultant for its Indianapolis location. This person will manage, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives as well as develop and implement strategies to grow the organization's business. The ideal candidate must have prior account manager experience within the corporate wellness, health promotion, health and/or wellness field. We are seeking those individuals who have extensive experience in maintaining relationships and/or working with Fortune 500 companies in the health industry. See full description below. Health Coach Consultants (HCCs)work collaboratively with clients and with other WebMD Health functions to deliver customer value and retain / grow profitable revenue streams. HCCs work with Customers in all stages of the decision cycle as it relates developing consumer health information strategies, assessing solution alternatives, planning and executing interventions, and measuring progress and return on investment. Health Coach Consultants act as customer advocates, as well the primary point of contact with Customer stakeholders to coordinate and negotiate service delivery. They are responsible for setting priorities within their book of business and for individual Customer projects. They proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with Sales and Product Management to close new business and develop new solutions. Key Responsibilities: -P&L for books of business -New business onboarding -Relationship mgmt, expectation setting and reporting (internal and external) -Primary point of contact for senior customer stakeholders -Coordination of meetings and other communications (internal and external) -Customer negotiations, decision support and collaborative prioritization -Ongoing program performance review and strategy support -Travel approximately 30% Minimum Education and Experience:A Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline. Three to five years of Account Management or similar customer-facing experience. Three plus years delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and Health and Wellness administration. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple customer stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment. Business and technology services experience. Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Bachelor's or Masters in a health related discipline. Familiarity with wellness, disease management and CDHP decision support. Prior accountabilities in 2 or more of the following areas: P&L, best practices implementation, project management, consulting or business development. Significant professional experience in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment.
