We are currently seeking an Account Manager-Extended Care for our Denver, CO territory. We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.
JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager in Extended Care is primarily responsible for selling Hill-Rom products to clients. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible to work collaboratively with internal partners, to develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory plans for all Hill-Rom products, programs and services. Manage clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet or exceed all sales revenue goals and enhance total customer value.Manage/maintain/grow current business, prospect new opportunities to generate new accounts for Hill-Rom.Develop a forecast and implement a business plan for territory sales plans and marketing strategies.Drive generation of new product demands through multiple processes.Responsible for financial and clinical management in all Post Acute Care accounts through utilization of outcome based tools to support clinical and financials solutions.Demonstrate cooperative teamwork with all Hill-Rom colleagues to achieve overall objective of the Area and enhance customer satisfaction.Report regularly on current rental revenue trends, conversion status and competitive issues to your Executive Director.Understand and manage utilization and revenue reports.Participate in Hill-Rom Capital deliveries.Other duties may be assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree or RN preferred. Prefer clinical background.Minimum of three years sales experience.Progressive sales record with proven track record.Healthcare/medical experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation skills.Moderate computer literacy.Microsoft Office experience.Must be able to work independently and in team environment. Must be willing to travel.Exceptional Communication Skills.Outstanding planning and organization skills.
