Initiate and implement interaction with key corporate customers to ensure contract service satisfaction, contract renewal and contract expansion. Work with Account Services Management team in the development of sound policy and guidance to ensure customer focus. Manage the multi-site business effectively, impacting contract renewal and expansion. Aggregate account management across all regions for multi-site business. Create and support the implementation of the strategic plan. Customer interface, presentation, and the oversight of multi-site product across all internal cross functional teams and customer cross functional teams. Support the Account Director in presentations and processes. Responsible for training and updating information related to multi-site business across all departments, UHG Client Administration and UHG Sales. Measure and report on the multi-site business. College degree. 2-3 years account management experience. Proven project management experience. Experience in the health care industry and product knowledge. Working knowledge of managed health care and human risk management. Business experience.
