Account Manager

Work with Account Services Management team in the development of sound policy and guidance to ensure customer focus. Manage the multi-site business effectively, impacting contract renewal and expansion. Aggregate account management across all regions for multi-site business. Create and support the implementation of the strategic plan.  Customer interface, presentation, and the oversight of multi-site product across all internal cross functional teams and customer cross functional teams. Support the Account Director in presentations and processes. Responsible for training and updating information related to multi-site business across all departments, UHG Client Administration and UHG Sales. Measure and report on the multi-site business. College degree. 2-3 years account management experience. Proven project management experience. Experience in the health care industry and product knowledge. Working knowledge of managed health care and human risk management.
