ATTENTION ALL LPN'S IN SUFFOLK!!!!
LPN's needed immediately for positions in
Suffolk for LTC facilities!!!
Looking for polished and professional applicants in a Nursing Home setting. Must be flexible, reliable and committed to full time, part time, or per diem assignments in Suffolk. All shifts available!
-MUST have minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience in nursing home setting (outside of internship or externship).
-2 forms of ID
-Current Physical/PPD (Valid within 1 year), positive PPD's must have chest x-ray within 5 years
-MMR/Varicella titers/proof of immunization
-CPR Required
