AMBULATORY/CATASTROPHIC CASE MANAGER

AMBULATORY/ CATASTROPHIC CASE MANAGER - Rapidly growing MSO in Orange County is seeking a FT/PT or Per Diem RN/LVN w/experience in ambulatory/catastrophic CM services.  Knowledge of Medi-Cal benefits and regulations helpful; must have solid knowledge of community resources, able to resolve difficult placements, and a desire to assist members with special needs.  Strong clinical, communication & computer skills necessary; must have current CA RN or LVN license. Salary commensurate with experience, licensure and training. Great benefits, innovative environment, competitive salary.  Send resume w/salary hist. to hr@1wmm.com or fax to (949) 833-3736.
