Rewarding opportunity for hands-on professional to manage daily operations of 10-15 progressive 4-6 bed ICF/MR homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties include supervision of management staff, identifying training needs, adhering to current state and federal regulations, assuring the quality of living environment, and assuring proper staffing. Requirements include: 4 year degree (masters level preferred), and/or, supervisory experience with excellent communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of computerized systems. Knowledge of ICF/MR Regulations accepted. Excellent salary and benefits.
