ADMIN SECRETARY
General Accounting

Coordinates and resolves the day-to-day operations/issues of Dr. Toreki’s office. Supports Dr. Toreki, the Director and Assistant Director of ICM, Dept. Coordinator, Social Workers and office staff as needed. Coordinates appeals and denials as needed.

Must have ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing; demonstrated knowledge of standard office practices, including grammar, punctuation and spelling; and demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.

Social service or case management department, medical record retrieval and filing systems skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Sorian, Excel and Access are preferred.
