Web Technical Developer

Web Technical Developer 3:
Responsibilities:
Support customer with on-line learning solutions such as: instructional design, authoring, multi-media Develop SCORM and Section 508 compliant courseware. Conceptualize design and develop of multi-media components.
Basic Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related field. Will substitute degree requirement for equivalent work experience coupled ith college courses or training certification.
Adobe Flash 8/CS3 development experience.
Proven ActionScript 2.0 OOP knowledge.
Ability to use HTML, JavaScript, ASP, and other web technologies in the development of online courseware
Must have SCORM experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience developing to USCG standards strongly desired.
Instructional design and development experience strongly desired
Adobe Director using JavaScript syntax a plus.
3D experience a plus.
Ability to program in C+, C++ and C# a plus.
