VENDEX COORDINATOR

The Department for the Aging is seeking a candidate with professional experience in City procurement to process, coordinate and oversee VENDEX and Department of Labor Services application submissions, inquiries and approvals; prepare and review procurement documents for renewals, RFP awards, amendments, discretionary and consultant contracts for human and non-human services; prepare forms for dissemination to contractors; track via Access database and maintain manual log related to VENDEX.

Qualifications:
A baccalaureate degree and three years of experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative/supervisory capacity; an associates degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma and five years of experience. All candidates must have at least one year of administrative or supervisory experience.  Computer literate with  knowledge of Access.  NYC residency is required.
