Field Service Engineer 2, Hurlburt Airfield, FL. Successful candidate must possess Organizational and or Intermediate EW (IR&RF) electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and fault isolation abilities. Must have comprehensive knowledge of USAF aircraft EW Systems Sweep utilizing AN/USM-464, AN/USM-638 Test Equipment is also required. Must be able to read/understand aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics and Technical Publications. Perform engineering tasks associated with EW mission support requirements, support equipment, functional analysis of EW system interface and on-board systems communications utilizing VME/1553/BIT technology. Must possess recent USAF Avionics test equipment experience (Scopes/Analyzers/USM-464/638) associated with aircraft EW sweeps, component repair and systems troubleshooting. Field Engineer Position may require extensive world wide travel in support of DoD and customer Electronic Warfare (EW) platform(s). Must be able to work closely with Government and Military customer. Prior successful USAF EW support and background is preferred. Must have the following: 1. RF/IR EW Experience 2. BSEE or equivalent technical experience 3.
