JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for becoming a key resource to management for each functional organization to develop strategy and implement plans including:
Identifying employee and management training and development needsDesigning and delivering trainingCoordinating and administrating in-house and external programsEvaluating effectiveness of training and development programsEnsuring compliance to ISO 9001 training requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources
10 years corporate experience in training and organizational development
Advanced degree in organizational development of similar area is preferred
