As a member of the Employee Training and Organizational Development function for BAE Systems Network Systems, the successful candidate serves as a lead for managing, planning, communication, and implementation of training and talent management solutions for the C&TN organization. This includes individual development planning, managing and conducting mentoring and coaching programs, identifying, managing and/or conducting targeted training, facilitating team building workshops, management and program assessments, coaching and counseling to employees and managers. The position requires interface with executives and outside vendors to ensure program requirements and deadlines are met; Facilitates support of corporate leadership programs; identifies training and developmental needs and requirements; ensures appropriate approval and budget are in place to establish training programs and schedules. The position participates in the organizational working groups; collaborates with training managers, training coordinators and HR Business Partners to deliver of other company-wide programs. Responsibilities also include supporting organizational training audits (e.g. ISO, CMMI) and consistent reporting of organizational training metrics. Although this position is based out of Wayne, New Jersey, travel will be required to work with employees and additional management personnel in our Reston, Virginia site. Ideal candidate must have experience as a project lead and has the ability to successfully work with all organizational levels of employees (individual contributors to executive management). Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation and management of various Organizational Development and Training programs and processes to include: Individual and Team Assessments, Team Facilitations and Communications, Succession Planning and development, Executive Training, Performance Management, Mentoring and other company-wide Organizational Development programs. Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree recommended); must have a minimum experience of 4 years with emphasis in Organizational Development. People are the greatest asset in any Company ...
