Job Description
Threat Assessment & Investigative Analyst to support senior staff members in the Threat Assessment and Management Division by conducting assessments of cases of inappropriate pursuit, including public figure pursuit, domestic violence, interpersonal violence, and workplace violence.This unique candidate will also be trained by our firm's Protective Security Division and work as a Security Staff Agent approximately 50% of his/her work week. The candidate will receive on-going training in our pioneering philosophies of assessing risk and safety, and conducting high-level investigations related to such cases.  Will be responsible for reviewing written and verbal communications, documenting the material in an organized manner, interviewing clients and clients’ representatives, and preparing clear and comprehensive written reports of our assessment and recommended management plan.  Will also be required to participate in investigations, including leading investigations and preparing reports related to threat cases. Also includes conducting research and preparing reports on additional issues related to safety, such as assessment of hazard and risk in foreign countries. Responsible for training clients and their representatives on how to handle cases of inappropriate pursuit, reduce their vulnerability to various risks, and protect their privacy. Some administrative duties are shared by all staff, including: filing, copying, organizing, answering phones, etc.

A degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably in the fields of psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or other related fields is required. Schedule
Monday through Friday; shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm; On-call 24-hours.
