IO Test Subject Matter expert to provide technical advice and expertise in the planning, coordination, execution, reporting and close-out of various test and evaluation programs. Provide technical test support for the full spectrum of testing as well as internal process development and IO range configuration/maintenance. This support includes T&E programs implementation, strategic planning including defining and documenting processes and procedures, advice on development of operational instructions, qualification training, configuration management and integrating procedures and plans into daily activities.Assist with test planning, coordination, execution, reporting and closeout. They will leverage, whenever possible, existing test data and planning process tools to provide consistency with T&E planning and implementation.Develop squadron test plans in accordance with DoD and customer guidance; AFCYBER, ACC, AFISRA and AFIOC policies and IO community accepted best practices. Assist in coordination and analysis of issues affecting T&E activities and support preparation of appropriate documentation (e.g. recommended responses and actions, position papers, background papers, briefings) to resolve or request resolution. Participate in the development of Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), OT&E plans, and realistic schedules. Assist the government in identifying required test resources, coordinate resource availability to include necessary facility upgrades and personnel requirements.Assist in identification of squadron level and specific test team level implementing tasks and operations processes, and support appropriate documentation preparation. Documentation will be prepared to provide synergy among test teams and will be consistent with security guidance. Assist development of personnel qualification and tracking test specific training.As required, the contractor shall maintain a broad overview of all the test projects in the squadron providing technical and programmatic advice, recommendations and guidance to the senior leadership based upon knowledge obtained from past training and experience. Additionally, the contractor will help develop and communicate long-range planning and strategic vision for the squadron.Participate in Integrated Product Teams, Test Plan working Groups, test teams, and customer support meetings and working sessions.Provide squadron interface support in the areas of test planning, participation, test requirement development and deficiency reporting. This support will include deconfliction with related programs.Provide guidance and formal/informal training in all aspects of IO planning, execution and reporting to government test personnel. Required5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhDPersonnel requirements include experience in planning and execution of DT&E and/or OT&E of commercial and/or military systems (2-4 years minimum)Bachelors Degree in related field (experience may be substituted).
