Make a difference – join the OREGON PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION as a Telecommunications Cost Analysis Section Program Manager. You will manage the Cost Analysis Section. As the primary technical and leadership position in the Telecommunications Cost Analysis Section, you will lead and direct the accounting, cost, and rate base expert witnesses for rate cases; and perform expert analysis regarding highly complex regulatory cost analysis matters such as jurisdictional separations, intrastate access charges, forward looking economic cost analysis and accounting policy.
To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following qualifications.
· have three years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following: a) development of program rules and policies, b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans, c) program evaluation, AND d) budget preparation; OR
· have three years of professional experience as a program/project leader, assigning and reviewing work of professional staff (e.g., engineers, etc.) including project responsibility for developing goals and objectives, project evaluation and monitoring and controlling or preparing a budget.
· Graduate level course work (48 quarter or 32 semester hours) in management may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

There are also many nearby parks. Mountain trails for hiking (20 to 60 miles) and ski resorts—such as Mt. Bachelor and Mt. Hood (120 miles)—are also within easy driving distance.
