See below Operates and maintains swith hardware and software. Performs Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs) ON THE SYSTEM. Performs preventive and emergemcy maintenace as required. Installs and maintains phones, modems, data units and cabling. An Associates degree from an accredited college or university with a major in electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology or other related scientific or technical discipline is required. Education may be substitued with two(2) years of relative experience for (1) year of college education. A minimum of two (2) years of experience installing and maintaing switch hardware and software. Experience working with diagnostic equipments such as tone tracers, butt set, and multimeters.
