This position is responsible for the sourcing and recruiting of technical professionals with high level security clearances. - Provide recruiting and consulting services to support the business needs of respective business line. - Utilize proactive recruiting techniques and develop industry contacts to hire qualified and talented individuals - Work closely with managers to clarify job specifications and requirements. - Discuss, learn and job shadow business operations to develop recruiting strategies to fill current and further staffing needs. - Market and sell the company's attributes. -Establish trust and confidence by maintaining integrity and providing a high level of communication with managers and staff. -Interface with other recruiters and staff to meet established goals and objectives -Additional duties may include providing support to IDIQ task orders and proposal efforts. Required MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems 14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD Must have Intelligence Community recruiting experience.
