REQUIRED SKILLS:
Target Imagery Analysts/ Precision Point Mensuration Support Analyst must possess current expertise to conduct electronic database and imagery search and retrieval and document review. Candidates will possess expertise to conduct quality control evaluation of graphics, nuclear and conventional weaponeering, data and aim point placement for imagery and target support materials. Applicants must have expertise to conduct coverage research, imagery exploitation and mensuration crisis operation support, imagery analysis support, quality control, and annotated imagery preparation to support and document targeting and weaponeering.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Operational familiarity with COCOM Joint Targeting processes and/or Joint Targeting School or Combat Targeting Course graduate. Imagery Analyst must have completed a NGA or service Imagery Analysis Course. Point Mensuration Specialist should be NGA-certified to produce direct, indirect and controlled-tied  aim points.

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Decisive Management Professionals International, LLC (DMPI-LLC) is looking for experienced Target Development Analysts. The Commander, USSTRATECOM seeks support to fulfill full spectrum kinetic/non·kinetic mission critical requirements for state and non-state actors in the data gathering analysis, data fusion, integration, and target material production responsibilities supporting USSTRATCOM missions. The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and Joint Functional Component Command Global Strike and Integration (JFCC GSI) Intelligence Directorate (J2) is assigned the mission to plan kinetic and non-kinetic operations against countries, transnational organizations, and non-state actors that engage in the acquisition of and/or proliferation of WMD.  To accomplish the mission they conduct contingency planning throughout all operational phases.  Using the political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, information (PMESII) construct and in collaboration with other combatant commands, in addition to USSTRATCOM components, produce Global Strike Support Documents (GSSD's), used to facilitate further COA development. Planning for military action against adversaries and their capabilities, both actual and perceived, to include WMD, delivery systems, production storage facilities, command control and communications (C3), and leadership requires traditional and non-traditional all source analysis that includes the cyber and space domains as well as the behavioral analysis and human factors domain to meet the Operational Plan (OPLAN) and/or Commander's objectives, guidance, and desired effects.

STANDARD JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in the Counter and/or Defeat Weapons of Mass Destruction intelligence analysis supporting USSTRATCOM and JFCC GSI global missions. The USSTRATCOM and JFCC OSI mission includes working with various Department of Defense (DoD), US Government, Intelligence Community and Allied organizations in support of mission objectives. Analysts perform tasks that would typically be found in an organization utilizing all-source intelligence in producing a fused intelligence product for the Command and DoD consumers. In addition to analysis and production, analysts employ and apply several DoD intelligence capabilities, doctrine, and other overarching documents that support the phases of operations for the USSTRATCOM JFCC GSI/J2 targeting mission. Support the JFCC GSI global missions by providing analytical and targeting assessments in direct support of USSTRATCOM objectives. This includes the integration of non-traditional analysis to include but not limited to deterrence, cyber, behavioral/human factors, cultural, space, and threat finance into targeting assessments. Defines attributes of non-state actors in the War on Terrorism that will assist in identifying additional critical nodes for potential exploitation.
