System Analyst Position - Long-term Contract - Austin, TX
Our client in Austin, TX is interested in making the addition of two systems analysts - Below is the requirement, please review the description and let me know what your thoughts are.
A. Reviewing business requirements documents for technical impact.
B. Reviewing 3rd party design documents.
C. Creating programming specifications from business requirements documents.
D. Tracing business requirements to detailed design specifications.
E. Developing ad hoc SQL queries to produce reports.
F. Reviewing test scenarios and confirm test results.
G. Participating in requirements gathering sessions.
H. Performing impact analysis on new requirements for modifications to existing data conversion programs.
I. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience working with business area staff in identifying and documenting business needs and requirements
4 Experience analyzing the documented business needs and creating technical specifications which will be used by the application development teams to provide automation for the business requirement
4 Experience coordinating and resolving of issues/questions arising throughout the automation process
4 Experience coordinating with the application testing team to validate the correct automation of the business requirements
4 Experience with the use of an automated requirements repository
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
2 Experience with the HHSC IEE/TIERS automation effort
2 Experience working with HHSC agencies
