Sr. Property Management Analyst
Using logistics expertise, the PMA shall: • Manage data in support of property accountability and other types of reporting requirements. Prepare and submit data forms as necessary to support the movement, storage, transportation and property accountability of CTR equipment from acquisition through Contract closeout. • Possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures or other written or verbal instructions relating to receipt and/or issue of property items • Prepare, implement, and maintain a Property Control Plan that delineates the processes required to efficiently and effectively manage US Government Property for the CTR Program. • Performs complex tasks in the administration of government property in property management, acquisition, receiving, identification, records, movement, storage, inventories, reports, consumption, utilization, maintenance, disposition and project close out in accordance with policies and procedures, applicable laws, customer requirements and sound business judgment. • Directs and controls the activities for property control thus having overall control for writing, planning and implementing detailed processes to effectively manage US government property. • Ensures a training program related to property management is developed and implemented. • Maintain all files, records, documentation and letters. • Assist with all aspects of Audit and Examination efforts. Requirements: • Possession of excellent analytical and management skills • Thorough knowledge of U.S Government Property Management in accordance with the FAR. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with operating unit personnel at all levels and with U.S. government officials. • Ability to work effectively in an IPT environment, including assuming leadership roles on IPTs as required • Requires ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. • BA or BS degree If interested in this position please apply online at www.saic.com Req ID 125503.
