Sr Program Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst for full-time work in the Pentagon. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. A full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K, pension plan, and tuition reimbursement will be provided. Relocation support is not available. The candidate will support Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), G-8, Force Development, with chemical biological programs. He/she will assist providing fully equipped forces through translation of Army materiel requirements into programs synchronized across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leadership & Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTML-PF), programming and budgeting materiel solutions, and synchronizing the equipping of the current and future force. The candidate will assist assessing Army essential needs and building the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to fully fund those needs. He/she will help develop and defend the Army Program, Future Years Defense Program (FYDP), and provide program analysis and evaluation to HQDA. The candidate will help manage programming phase of the Army Program, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to facilitate the development of the Army Program and transition to an Army budget estimate. Required Qualifications - At least 10 years prior Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear explosive (CBRNE) experience - Army/Joint staff experience - Impeccable writing skills Desired Qualifications: - Former or retired Chemical Officer - Basic understanding of the budget process (Army and Joint) - Understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). - Awareness of the System Acquisition Management Process
