Sr. Consultant - Career path to Project Manager

Kadix Systems is looking for an experienced, charismatic Senior Consultant to join the Kadix Systems team supporting the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is responsible for providing verification of eligibility to benefits seekers who are not U.S. Citizens. USCIS has asked Kadix to provide services in a range of disciplines. This qualified management consultant will join a dynamic team focused on addressing the current business processes for the SAVE program in order to improve customer delivery.

Responsibilities include:

 

·  Plan for and establish milestones for the REAL ID implementation

·  Formulate an organizational model for a SAVE monitoring and compliance unit

·  Support program management office (PMO) for the verification division of USCIS

·  Create and sustain a positive relationship with the client

·  Engage in business development activities

Qualifications:

·  3 – 5 years of management consulting experience

·  Microsoft Office Products

·  Microsoft Project Required

·  PMP Certification a huge plus!

·  MS Access Familiar

·  Detailed research and analysis skills 

·   Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment 

·  Team-focused attitude with an understanding and desire to work as part of a cohesive team

·  Strong presentation skills and confident group facilitation

·  Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focuses demeanor

·  Great written and oral communication skills

Education:

BA/BS degree required; MBA/MA or MPA preferred

 

Clearances Required: 

Due to federal regulations, candidates must be eligible for a US Security clearance
