Job Description

The responsibilities of this position encompass pre-award and post-award contract administration functions, including the following:

·  Perform pre-award review of solicitations

·  Negotiate contracts/subcontracts

·  Review and negotiate teaming agreements and nondisclosure agreements

·  Prepare & maintain contract briefs and contract files

·  Perform contract closeout.

Required Skills

Must be proficient with M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Pricing experience a plus.

Required Experience

·  The ideal candidate will have:

·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

·  5-7 years experience working with various types of contracts including Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and Cost Plus in the IT services area.

·  Working knowledge of FAR and other Government Contracting Rules, Federal Supply Schedules (GSA) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract vehicles

This position will be a 9 month Contract-to-Hire; after a period of 9 months, you will become a full-time employee of our client and will receive all their benefits.
