Sr. Business Analyst - Federal Financial Management Sr. Business Analyst - Federal Financial Management Candidates should have at least 8 years with the following: · Providing thought leadership and guidance in accounting, internal controls, budget management, financial management, and acquisitions management for Federal departments or agencies.· Conducting financial current and future state process analyses.· Presenting findings and recommendations to CFO, Dep CFO, and other senior government executives.· Serving as a Functional Lead on implementation of financial management system/ERP. · Managing/conducting research and benchmarking studies.· Managing teams of 6-20 members. Required Skills: · Deep understanding of FSIO requirements.· Deep understanding of OMB, Treasury, GSA, GAO federal financial management policies and requirements.· Understanding of traditional SDLC and hybrids· Experienced and accomplished facilitator· Deep understanding of how government organizations function, perform and change· Broad skills in gathering and analyzing data, analyzing and solving complex business problems, · Ability to assess a client’s current business and technical environment and design conceptual solutions to meet business objectives.· Excellent writing and presentation skills Educational requirements: MS or MBA in Finance, Public Administration, IT, or related field, or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field plus additional experience.
