Sr. Business Analyst

Provides numerous high-level statisfical, analytical and narrative reports to management team.  Develops and maintains metrics trough the creation of data tracking tools in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access and Sharepoint.  Forecasts budgetary and staffing needs through statistical and variance analysis.  Identifies data trends and suggest process changes to management through impact through impact assessments and other means.  Provides support for marketing and outreach activities.

This position could lead to supervising a team of Program Analysts and may be responsible for their annual performance reviews and training.  

 

  Four-year degree (with an MBA in financial management preferred).  Five or more years experience and a working knowledge of performance-based management measurement techniques. Ability to prepare narrative reports in Word and statistical reports using complex Excel functionality e.g. weighted averages, vlookup tables, pivot tables, etc. Ability to use presentation tools such as PowerPoint to communicate information in an professional manner.  Working knowledge of Access and Sharepoint.
