Join us and work with a team that is highly respected throughout the industry.Job Description:The Site Installation Manager provides specialist support to ensure commitments for world wide X-ray system installations are met. The role encompasses all aspects of planning, budgeting, coordination and oversight of site construction/system installation preparation. The position interfaces with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, customer’s site teams and site sub-contractors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Support:
•Ensure site installations are performed on schedule, for minimum cost while maximizing safety and product quality.
•Plan, select and manage site design and construction resources as required to prepare the site for system installation. Ensure conformance to AS&E, customer and local code requirements.
•Lead the planning, preparation and mobilization/demobilization of site installation activities
•Interface with customers to develop a task based project design, construction and installation schedule.
•Coordinate with customer engineering and technical leads to define work scope, coordinate installation activities and provide support as needed

Business Support:
•Ensure our customers are satisfied with the site design, construction and installation of their system.
•Lead site survey activities
•Contribute to lessons learned initiatives, driving continuous improvement methodology
•Business travel required, 60-80%
Requirements:Position requires a combination of project management experience and related engineering/technical experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in X-ray site installations or other large capital equipment installations. Minimum 5 years experience managing site design, construction and field installation of complex capital equipment. BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); or combination of equivalent education and experience. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS-Project software Strong communication skills Well developed team working and team management skills Ability to establish strong, effective networks Demonstrated customer focused problem solving skills Flexibility to adapt to varying project demands and travel requirements Strong focus on planning and risk management/mitigation aspects of the installation
