Senior Systems Engineer
DTRI is seeking Senior Systems Engineers. Candidates must be highly energetic, team-oriented individuals with a successful track record in technical systems engineering, especially RF, telephone switching, and cellular systems. The ability to work efficiently and communicate and coordinate with customers, peers, and Senior Oversight Team is a key to success in this position.

Develop advanced technological ideas and guide development into a final product.
Provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
Advise customers and management on advanced technical research studies and applications.
Assist in developing system architectures, drafting specifications, modeling performance, and analyzing requirements for new systems.
Perform work in both office and laboratory environments.
Analyze communications networks.
Develop CONOPS.
Conduct pre-acquisition trade studies.
Prepare Statements of Work.
Assess system designs.
Plan testing and perform test procedures.
Prepare technical evaluation reports and briefings.
Monitor contracts and assess performance.
Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings and provide recommendations.
Assess operational readiness.
Manage operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

BS Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years experience in systems engineering environment.

Some travel may be required.
-
US Citizenship, TS/SSBI security clearance, and polygraph examination required.
