Responsible for documenting requirements and changes, interfacing with client and a team of functional and technical resources to ensure integrated solutions are properly designed and implemented. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years Functional / Configuration experience in all areas of HRMinimum 5 years experience/knowledge of SAP HR Payroll and BenefitsMust have minimum 4 full life cycle implementation experienceStrong consulting and client relationship skills Work in a team leadership role to enhance current processes.Configure, present, and discuss SAP HR best practices and functionality.Must have the ability to assume primary responsibility for all phases of an SAP HR implementation including project preparation, requirements gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, realization / configuration, Go-Live, post-production support and end-user documentation and training under multiple deadlinesSenior/Expert Knowledge of other HR areas like Time will be an assetREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: SAP HR CertificationUniversity degree in IT KEY SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:Strong consulting and client relationship skills Founded in 1976, CGI Group Inc. is one of the largest independent information technology and business process services firms in the world.
